Tour Description:
Day 1: We start early departing at 6.30am from Alice Springs to travel
to The Outback Camel Farm where passengers can experience a ride on a
camel (own expense) from here we go directly to Yulara taking in the outback
views on the way. We spend the afternoon exploring the Olgas (Kata Tjuta).
We return to Uluru to watch the changing colours of an Ayers Rock sunset.
You experience some bush cooking and we then relax and take in the
amazing star filled outback skies.
(Lunch & Dinner)
Day 2: Rising early we take in one of the highlights of the tour....... Sunrise
at Ayers Rock. You can choose to take a base walk around Ayers Rock to
see the unusual rock formations, see the aboriginal art sites in the changing
light of the morning sunrise or you can choose to climb the rock (good level of
fitness required). We return to our campsite for lunch before setting out for the
return journey to Alice Springs. We arrive back in Alice Springs around
6.30pm where the tour will end. Passengers who wish to depart the tour
at Ayers Rock can do so at 1.00pm depending on weather and cultural
conditions.

Things you should bring:
Sturdy walking shoes (ankle high), hat & sunscreen, water bottle, towel, pillow, toiletries, torch, warm clothing in winter months, insect repellent, camera & film.
Included:
Motel/Hotel transfers, camping equipment, (tents, off the ground camp beds, sleeping bags/sheets at our permanent safari camps), water bottle holders, toilet/shower facilities, all meals (vegetarian by prior request), all entrance fees. The tour is conducted in air-conditioned mini-coaches.
